REFUND POLICY

We understand that sometimes situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

 

1. Product Refunds:

 

a. Non-Tea Products: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of any non-tea product from Ascending Gem, we're here to help. You have [30 days] to return an item from the date you received it.

 

b. Condition of the Product: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

c. Refund Process: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

 

2. Coaching Sessions:

 

a. Refund Eligibility: Coaching sessions are non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you need to reschedule your coaching session, please contact us at least [48 hours/2 days] before your scheduled appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

3. Tea Products:

 

a. Credit Refund: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on tea products due to health and safety regulations. However, if you are dissatisfied with your tea purchase, we will issue store credit for the same value of the returned tea product.
